Mahon Library Displays

We will have items shown in the display cabinets at the Mahon Library all month in July.

Module SIG

Last month's Module Special Interest Group met at Joe Faherty's house. Eight people were there and built two modules. Next time: wiring. Details on place, date, and time at the meeting.

Hobby Shop News

Wings N Things - Atlas SD50 in n-scale, Digitrax dealer, moving to new store probably next April.

Time Capsule

The Texas Tech Museum will be burying a time capsule next January 1. It will be dug up in 100 years. There will be no charge for us to contribute something. Dave Lamberts has donated a Master Creations Lazerkit, the "Sasson Vinegar Kit" to the project. Perhaps one of your great-great-grandchildren will assemble it. You can see it at the meeting.

Articles wanted

I need to have some of you write articles for the newsletter. Have you tried materials, tools, or techniques you like or dislike? Write a paragraph or two about it. Have you read a helpful book? Do you have an experience to tell about? Share your expertise, or trials and errors. Clifford Trogen passed on to his reward this past week. He was a fine and true man. We will miss him.
